भारत का भविष्य कैसा हो

Now its again with new HOT topic. Government is opening new ITTs, IIMs , AIMS etc..


Govt want to increase the quantity of un-employed Docs. engg. MBAs but dont want to enhance the quality of Education such that our people can proudly say across the world that " i am qualified in india in such such Education University or College".

Our Education System only generating Engineers, Doctors, IASs etc.. But not the quality Scientists, Pundit Artists, Loyal Governors of System as Police Person, Administrator supervisors, Lawyers, Post men , Agriculturist etc..

When i was studing in school my parents told me to prepare for Engineering or Medical. They not even told that there may be numerous thing in world for which i can opt.

If some body is very nice in study, teachers and parents will encourage that guy to prepare for competitive exams such as IIT, Engineering, Medical, IAS, IPS. These lucrative jobs are the only thing student will think in his school life. Because other than these jobs will not fulfil his social , economical desires.

I want to co-relate this problem with national development across all the areas.
Because as our society always complains our "politicians, Police, Collectors, Lawyers and almost each govt sector is not performing their duty".

There are numerous re-forms due for each govt department.

My co-relation is in fact that when our creamy layer of students absorve by software MNC's , foreign Management institutes, How can our police or lawers or any govt agency perform best in the world.

• Why in this country people emphasise to be a Doctor, Engineer, IIS instead of other administrative officers, or a police man or a govt clerk?
• Do our society doesnt give enough emphasise to be in any other field?
• Why people are going abroad for jobs ?
• why people of india prefer to go abroad and serve their services to foreign countries?
  

The Problem:-

I think main problem is money, Creamy layer of student goes to social respect and money which with an Enggineer , Doctor , IAS or any designation which gives them good stature of Social respect and wealth.

The Solution:-

Our society should give an impression to forchilds that any work is not small.. as we studies in our books..
But we need to implement same by making system such that Every one who is good at his work should get the proper reward. We also have to divert the creamy layer students to every field so that Our system become more balanced.

If you guys have understood the problem please give me feedback so that every one who read this blog can understand the Actual problem and some of the significant solutions.
